A quiet but exciting day at the watch point! Plenty of juvenile action and the poor male getting knocked off his crocket again!

Weather was sunny spells and breezy today.

9.45 The male is on the nest box. A juvenile is spotted on the West plucking window. Another juvenile is 2 crockets down on the East side.

10.09 Male flies East.

10.50 YL lands on the South plucking window.

10.54 Male returns and lands on the nest box again.

11.33 YL flies North East.

11.39 YL flies to the nest box, while the male flies off. L7 is seen landing on the golden bales.

11.43 YL is joined by YS on nest box.

11.52 The male is spotted on the West middle window.

12.00 All three juveniles fly up to take a food pass from GA who arrives from the West. There is a clash and the prey is dropped. One juvenile lands below the nest box. The male lands in the nest box. GA lands on the golden bales. Another one flies around the spire and the last one heads to the North side of the cathedral.

12.20 The male mobs a buzzard to the South and then returns to the nest box.

12.30 GA flies South. A juvenile lands on the golden bales and another juvenile joins GA in flight.

12.50 GA returns and lands 2 crockets down on the North East side.

13.00 The male does a food pass with the a juvenile who flies to the nest box with the food. Male then lands 4 crockets up on the West side. Another juvenile lands 3 crockets down on the West.

13.08 YL brings a black headed gull to the nest box to eat.

13.10 The male flies South East.

13.13 The male lands on the golden bales.

13.31 A juvenile knocks the male of his crocket who then flies South. The juvenile then lands 3 crockets down on the West side.

13.40 The juvenile on the North side flies South.

13.47 The juvenile returns and lands on the golden bales.

14.31 YL and the male fly off North.

14.36 All three juveniles fly up to the East play fighting, before heading off South East.

14.41 The male returns and lands below the South plucking window.

14.54 The male flies around the spire on patrol and then lands 2 crockets down on the West side.

15.14 Juvenile lands on the West plucking window, then hops around to the North side.

15.30 The juvenile on the North side knocks the male off his crocket again! The male lands in the nest box. Another juvenile is spotted on the West plucking window.

15.54 The male does a food pass with a juvenile. Male then flies South East and the juvenile lands on the South East pinnacle.
